Product Features
1.A new upgraded product of QT457 axle, with output torque 42000Nm increased by 5% than QT 457 axle;
2.Using special housing steel plates to meet high loading capacity and high reliability, and realizing light weight;
3.Adopting differentiated design of bearings to improve bearing comprehensive lifetime, optimize middle axle carrier structure, and enhance lubricating property;
4.Applied for complex road condition vehicles, which can be equipped with inter-wheel differential locks and active lubrication devices to ensure the reliability of the whole axle;
5.Adopting maintenance-free hub bearing units to realize maintenance-free hub within 500,000 km;
6.Oil exchange mileage of 100,000 km, which can save maintenance cost.
